My journey with LVH started as a receptionist. When life happened, I had to temporarily stop working w/my LVH “family.” Even while working at another hospital, I remained a client with Liberty Vet. The doctors and entire staff are amazing. I wouldn’t think of having my pets anywhere else. When opportunity presented itself, I was able to return to LVH. Working for a veterinary hospital had always been my dream job. Liberty Vet made that dream come true. It’s a great, and yes sometimes stressful, job. We work together, occasionally cry together, and have as much fun as possible while taking the best care of our patients and each other.

- Maintain a harmonious and cooperative relationship with those contacted in the course of work.
- Maintain a professional, courteous attitude and appearance.
- Perform clerical functions with speed and accuracy.
- Escort clients with their pets to exam rooms and help them carry purchases (dog food, etc.) to their vehicles.
- Proficiently handle all forms of monies.
- Remain calm during stressful situations.
- Understand, deliver and carry out oral and written directions.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Prioritize tasks and give attention to detail in a physically fast-paced environment.
- Show initiative in all aspects of position.
About you
Your qualifications and experience are certainly essential to your success in this role, and it is expected that you will demonstrate talent and skill as a veterinary receptionist. In addition, these personal traits are important to us:

Our offer
- Accepting applications for part-time reception positions. Must be available for variable shifts Monday through Friday 7:00am-7pm and alternating Saturdays 7:30am-2pm.
- Starting Pay: $12.00 – $13.00 per hour, based on experience.
