Job Title: Registered/Certified Veterinary Technician

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $20.00 per hour

Experience: Veterinary experience: 1 year (Preferred)

We are seeking a self-motivated Registered/Certified Veterinary Technician to join our fast-paced hospital! Are you interested in learning and growing your skill set, providing top-quality animal care, and practicing medicine with top-tier technology and a team of like-minded animal heroes? Grab your cape and come see us at Liberty Veterinary Hospital; you are exactly who we want to meet!

Why join our Liberty Vet Community?

At LVH, our technicians are client-focused and detail-oriented; they are champions of patient advocacy; and they have the support to express themselves and actively impact patient care plans and outcomes. We utilize our RVTs to the full extent of their skills and encourage education and the acquisition of new skills. Our technicians share a passion for our patients, compassion for our clients, a love of learning, and the strength to succeed. We strive to provide our clients with the highest level of care and support, including offering non-medical services such as boarding and grooming to our established clients. At LVH, we use our passion to care for those you love.

I first joined Liberty Vet in 2009. While I loved my team, the clients, and our patients, I decided to explore another career interest in the human medical field in 2012. After a short time in the human field, I realized I missed my career in veterinary medicine, which felt more rewarding. I took a position at another vet hospital but wasn’t as happy there. When a position opened at LVH in 2019, I jumped at the chance to be back with my team, where I felt supported. LVH is a small, female-owned local practice that has continued to maintain its AAHA accreditation for the past 23 years. We take pride in providing a higher standard of care for our furry patients, and I love being a part of that. Many of my former co-workers were still here when I came back, and many who had left still see us as clients. We truly are family here, and I can’t see myself anywhere else.
